Production Supervisor (1st Shift)
Pineville, NC | $60K–$65K/yr | ⏰ Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
We are hiring a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, safety, and team performance on the manufacturing floor.
⚠️ REQUIREMENT: Must have Manufacturing Production Leadership experience.
(Candidates with backgrounds only in retail, warehouse, food service, or hospitality will not be considered.)

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced
Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations in a fast-paced
manufacturing environment . This role is responsible for supervising production employees, driving safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met.

This position requires manufacturing leadership experience. Candidates without manufacturing experience will not be considered. Responsibilities - Supervise and lead production team members during 1st shift operations
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures are met
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and staffing to meet daily production targets
- Train, coach, and develop production employees
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production reports and documentation
Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Lead
- Extensive knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and workflow management
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume production environment
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm
