Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. • Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships after the sale
• Stay knowledgeable about Mazda products, inventory, and available programs
• Work with management and the finance team to provide a smooth customer experience
• Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Dependable and professional
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
