The Internship will run from May 17th, 2027, to August 6th, 2027.
Job Accountabilities:
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or closely related field.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as R or Python within Unix-like environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and data presentation skills.
• Background in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or other relevant biomedical domains is a plus.
• Experience with technologies such as GitHub, Java, Linux, and pathway visualization software's like Pathview, GSEA is a plus.
• Experience in applying machine learning to large datasets is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
