- Process state and customer documents with meticulous accuracy, utilizing proprietary systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Analyze data to identify trends, recommending and implementing process improvements and enhanced reporting.
- Guide team members, vendors, and customers on product features and jurisdictional requirements using an empathetic, consultative approach.
- Create robust process documentation, resolve stakeholder issues, and champion special projects as assigned.
- Understand and consistently adhere to all security guidelines to maintain strict data confidentiality.
Your Foundation for Success:
- Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in customer service or a related operational support environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is preferred.
