You will work alongside CNAs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure clinical best practices are followed.LPNs pay $32.00-$36.00 and RNs pay $37.00-$43.00 depending on experience. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Complete accurate documentation and MAR entries. Monitor and assess client conditions. Support CNAs during care as needed.Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices. Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive overnight environment.
